Also, reading this sentence on Wikipedia: quote:The car was built around a very light spaceframe chassis (42 kg (93 lb)) Made me go "Wait, what the motherfuck? Is that a typo?"

As an unfortunate owner of a 3rd gen Ford Taurus SHO (98), I watch this video from time to time to help ease the pain of having a Taurus automatic transmission and an exploding engine. My old V6's SHOs had an amazing wail when the secondaries opened, I miss them. The V8's have a killer exhaust note though. Doesn't change the fact that these things were rated at 235hp, pretty sad these days. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=40ay52N4SYE&feature=related ^not mine and slightly modded obv.^

A friend of mine was on the pit team for this car. The leader blocked him the entire race and then cut down (and got spun out) on the last corner. The solution? The leader t-bones their car in the pit after the race. "Right into the loving thing..."

A few weeks back, Seattle got our every-couple-years snowstorm. The problems with this are: 1) We don't use salt 2) The entire city is essentially hills 3) We have about four snowplows 4) Temperature rises during the day, then freezes at dusk, creating sheet ice everywhere. The result? Chaos. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rhZCyQ3emQg Bonus 5) Articulated buses they refuse to pull out of service in said icy mess! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8kMkYhc4F2g
