A Lamer posted:I found it. I found the mod that is everything wrong with the bethesda game modding community. Content: Bunch of ports of guns from STALKER popped up, all from the same guy. They'd be amazing if they had working weapon mods or were added to leveled lists, but as they are they're fine additions. All appear to have working iron sights and reload animations: PKM Light Machinegun - Honestly wouldn't mind seeing this as a replacer for the vanilla Light Machinegun. But it isn't, which is better. Sig 550 - A decent addition to the somewhat lacking assault rifle lineup in NV. SVD - While not quite as great as the SVD by HeroinZero due to the latter's working mods, still a pretty good looking gun.

Okay I got a filter slapped on PROPERLY. Now I have some colors to work with. Bounties is green, no real conflict. Huh. I bet now that I have added a but-load of mods something else is causing the issue. The only red items coming up are WoP, burning sands and the community bugpatch. What exactly is your problem with Bounties? You could have some sort of weird trifecta of incompatibility which really fucks with your game.

Right off the bat the community bugfix looks like a mess, I really should not have downloaded it unless it addressed something that ticked me off. With that gone, a lot of other reds dissapeared. Now the only reds are dealing with weapons, no worries. The bounties green message is with a worldspace (not nipton). I have a feeling whatever happened nailed the saves as well. Time to do some loading. EDIT: Like the last person that had to start over so shall I. Whatever problem there was cooks Nipton for good, there are NO conflicts for Oliver or Vulpis now but they will not spawn. Smuggins fucked around with this message at 04:55 on Jan 27, 2011 |

FNVEdit won't catch buggy scripts, which is unfortunately what it sounds like everyone is suffering from who is having problems with NV bounties. Sometimes it really is the fault of the mod.

What exactly is happening with Nipton and the New Vegas Bounties mod? Some people are saying some NPCs are missing and the doctor that does implants is gone too? I don't know if that's a mod problem, I've been using New Vegas Bounties with a brand new playthrough and turned it on midway through my last one and I'm not noticing anyone missing. I have a few implants and the lotto winner is dead with a bullet in his head (It amuses me to kill him after he's so stoked on winning). So... load order issues maybe? What happens if you force them to spawn with the console?

Don't think it's just another 'spawns are now 5x more' mod, it adds a bunch of dungeons and locations throughout the map that are pretty drat seamless, a couple made me look up whether they were WoP or game locations I missed. The spawns in the "dungeons" aren't obscene either, they just are more interesting than 'one guy per room', but nothing that isn't manageable. In other words: yes get it and get it now.
