The nice thing about Villa's Nike sponsorship is that Nike is so late to the game getting out our kit, they've got a chance to learn from their fuckups "early" in the 11/12 kit release schedule

Does this look legit to you guys? The lack of a sponsor looks kind of suspicious, but it sure is pretty.

Who cares? It looks about a billion times better without the sponsor anyway.

Spurs started the season with sponsorless shirts so it is probably legit. I have a soccertriads top with no sponsor.

i think some sponsors deffo make the shirt look better -- the AIG on old united shirts and the Carlsberg on Liverpool come to mind.

I think it's safe to say that the good designers are now at Umbro and Nike is happy to let them do their thing, and the ones left are flailing around.

It's not even that it doesn't look particularly good, as Hardflip mentioned it's a bit hard on the eyes. Might just be the picture but it's hard to look at.

Not the first time I've seen that design posted re: Barcelona, plus the fact that Juve's kit looks similar as well...so yea I'd imagine Nike's lost the plot a bit

The picture I saw leaked earlier in the year was that exact design with a lovely Qatar Foundation logo, so I'm hoping they at least change that :ohdear:

The fact they've managed to convince people to pay upwards of £100 for plimsoles is a great business model.
