Yea, David's whole storyline hasn't really connected to the rest of it at all so far. I thought he was going to get tied in when they asked him to kill Mrs Wren, but nope!

How many more episodes of Psychoville are left? The usual run for stuff is 6 but the first series had 7, I think.

As for the bloated comedy list, people who like The Inbetweeners will like Peep Show and vice versa. Otherwise they should travel back to the 90s and move to england then to get the gist of it. We might not do huge dramas that are fantastical, but we usually have good comedy.

One episode left, and it's on at the not-usual slot of 22:00 on Monday.

Steven was hilarious. For me it came down to Michael (can't remember his last name, he covered "Fast Car" by Tracy Chapman) and the Jai (who won). So I put a vote in for both of them, Michael because he was my favourite and Jai because I have Scottish family who wouldn't be happy if I didn't. Sad I know.

There better be a version of the song released with the mix used on the show (the trumpet, drums and the extra vocals add a hell of a lot of depth to it).

Edit: It was edited by Martin Phipps, but i get the feeling it'll end up like that song from the trailer of Sin City that was an edit of someone else's work and was never made commercially available.

edit 2: This one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YKFLrTYKIXk

The last time i went looking for that song, i found out who made it, but the only version available was the orginal with a lot of lovely lyrics running through all of it.

Yeah it's been reedited by the same person that did it for the song of her's used on Wallander, apparently. But I didn't watch that.

Glad he didn't because I heard "He looks just like Ronan Parke!" directed at me from a drunk guy on my way back from work the night. I didn't know who this was until I got home so when I said "What? Are you talking to me?" probably sounded more threatening than I meant it to. Which is why I was confused when he said he was just having a laugh.

Also, there used to be a long essay here from someone working with Simon Cowell and Britain's got Talent about how loving staged the entire show is but it's been removed by a copyright claim from Syco, Mr. Cowell's company.

Apparently, they've been stage managing Ronan for three years to make him camp and "gay" - a novelty.

This isn't your typical crime drama. This is modern British noir art slapping you in the face, gritting it's teeth and burrowing the thoughts "this is a show you will remember" into your head.

It's pretty bloody amazing, I don't think I've ever watched anything with such a resounding feeling of tension throughout. Rafe Spall and Stephen Rea particularly pull off some superb performances.

What are the chances of this being legit? It says in this that he was supposed to win it, but he didn't. That said, singers on BGT should gently caress off, it always turns into X-Factor MK2 by the final shows.

Ugh, I don't know how true any of this is but the writer repeatedly talking about Ronan has been 'gayed up' makes me want to punch him in the face. Especially because Ronan doesn't come across as camp at all.

What does it matter if some kid has been groomed for 2 years anyways when everything from the editing to the judges comments to the media commentary are manipulated to influence voters choices. At every level BGT is a marketing vehicle for some new act that can make some quick money for a few people, don't tell anyone but Britain's real talent is too busy being talented to apply for some lovely ITV show.

The staff are lucky they've got that Wayne guy as the Hotel Manager because as hospitality mangers go, he's pretty loving sound. A lot can be like the owner or worse which makes the working environment a really horrible and stressful place.

edit: Although i havent watched the latest episode yet and i'm catching up on +1 which is all bout him falling out with his deputy manager. This mutant music family is borderline creepy though.

Anyone watch Case Histories? I like the fact that every detective drama has to be set in Scotland, despite the fact he book made such a big thing of it being in Oxford. Also the months rather than years since the daughters death makes the fretting dad character a bit pathetic.
