btw the new kitten is home. he got fixed today, and apparently they couldn't find his nuts. they actually opened him up from the front like a spay on a ballhunting expedition, but still nothing. now they're just assuming that he was already neutered. hard to believe, because he's probably three months old at most. i'll take some pics tomorrow oh and the lady at the shelter was like "OH GOD I AM SO GLAD TO GET RID OF THAT CAT", which made us nervous until she said she was just sick of everyone wanting to adopt him and trying to get to be next in line if we didn't pick him up

ralphie's going to spend the first few days living in my wife's office while his stitches heal. after that we're just going to let him out and let the chips fall where they may. if it's anything like frank's introduction the senior kitizens will just go "ugh, it's a fuckin' kitten" and go back to sleep, so it's really only frank that we have to worry about. i'm guessing that frank will be so happy to have a playmate that there really won't be much drama. our main concern is that they'll both want to play too rough
