I actually enjoy the Nerdist most out of all the podcasts I listen to, but his use of literally, fantastic, and phenomenal does get tiring. Adam Carolla used to make fun of both morning zoo radio and the use of literally in conversations when he was on Loveline. These days his podcast is a victim of both.

Uhh Yeah Dude has been in some really awesome form over the past month or so. Maybe it's just because I didn't listen to them for awhile, but they've had me laughing far more then is appropriate for public travel.

So I just found Flop House thanks to this thread too, I had no idea to even look for humor movie podcasts, which is weird because I'm a huge loving movie dork! So I have We Hate Movies and Flop House (not gonna marathon this one, just gonna pick any titles I think would be funny to hear them run with, any special episodes that were great?), any other 'let's make fun of movies' podcasts that I somehow missed?

I posted this one from the beginning of the thread. http://forums.somethingawful.com/showthread.php?threadid=3335405&userid=143660#post380718649 It's not strictly "making fun" of movies, the ones he does of good movies are mostly serious content delivered in a lighthearted tone, but the episode on Bloodrayne, for example, is mostly making fun.

I'm not railing on him, my friend. I am filling out the Nerdist Bingo card which was started above. These are things you can count on him to say during an episode of the Nerdist. Note it, check it off. Nothing malicious or rage-y about it. By the way, his hobbies and mentioning them are his job, too. Perhaps it is you who should relax, good sir.

Yeah, but I'm wondering how their podcast devoted to making fun of/yelling at bad movies is going to handle one that's actually kind of good (or at least more self-aware.) Also Lou, your podcast is great (as was your guesting on The Flophouse and F Plus were also great), keep on trucking (although maybe not so much about people cumming on food.)
