Good stuff but jesus christ it's hard to wait on people when you're stuffing back tears. Uggh..well at least yesterday's was much better. Thanks, Admiral. I'm curious as to what you thought I looked like...

I have a new episode from an SA thread coming up next. I'm struggling to try to fit the episode to exactly 29 minutes to get it onto Radio Reddit. I haven't had any time constraints before for the podcast. I used to have to deal with them when I was making my public access show.

Here's an example of that show. http://www.youtube.com/fernandezarchive#p/u/3/O091-eB6_UQ I fully expect no one to look at that link.

I took a break from the Rogan podcast for a little while and I've only recently caught up. After listening to so many in a row I've come to appreciate the break in conversation that Redban provides.

Yes he is incredibly annoying and stupid and I can't stand listening to pretty much anything he says... but when Rogan is going on about something very deep and it gets too heavy for too long Redban provides that needed break. It's especially good when Redban says something stupid or pointless after a long heavy conversation and Rogans reaction is basically "what the gently caress are you smoking". I'm sure there are other people that could do a better job but I think Rogans podcast would suffer without Redban.

Also I think that I would dislike Rogan more if there wasn't someone there who was able to say things that are less informed and more stupid than him.

You guys just don't get it. The fact that's she's painfully unfunny is why she's funny! It's alternative! (or something).

I saw her name on the latest DLM and I figured I'd wait to see the posts here before I listened to it. Thanks for saving me the time which will be better spent catching up on the Pod F Thompcast.

I've gotta get something.
Of course the month after I start listening to The Pod F. Thompcast is when they decide to take a break. It might be a blessing in disguise, though, because now I have an excuse to listen through the older episodes, and hear The Great Undiscovered Project from the beginning.

Also, I hope Nia starts coming on to Bill Burr's podcast more often. At first, I though it was kinda weird, but they have such a good dynamic, and she seem like such a voice of reason to Bill's craziness sometimes that it's managed to become funny now.

Whenever I hear podcast hosts gush about Tig Notaro when she's a guest, it makes me wonder if it's all some elaborate Mr. Show sketch. Like she quietly tells these other comedians that she's got a terminal disease and they all feel bad for her and try to make her feel better. And then the whispers spread, and everyone else says, "Oh, you're so funny and talented! Let's all clap for Tig! Yay!"

She managed to drain the energy out of Sklarbro Country, which is one of the snappiest and quickest comedy podcasts out there.
