I'm getting random crashes while using Feng Shui. At first it was only when I tried moving a plant into a vase that it would crash oddly enough, but then now it crashes whenever I close my pipboy after enabling/disabling item placing. Disabling the mod, going in and out of game, and then reneabling the mod fixes the menu crash. Although it still crashes whenever I move this plant into the vase.

How much of a hassle would it be to uninstall, say, FOOK and install Project: New Vegas in its place? Would it gently caress over my saves, or am I better off waiting until I start a new character? I've only had New Vegas since the 70% off Steam Sale, so I don't really know what the heck I'm doing. Looking through the OP made me want to change basically my entire mod loadout but I'm pretty sure I don't want to destroy my game stability.

I'd recommend starting over from scratch, especially if you're new to modding. Save yourself the grief of inevitable quirks from changing overhauls on the fly.

So many possibilities. What do you mean by upgrading to 64-bit? Like you got a new CPU / MoBo? Or you updated your OS to a 64-bit version? Is Fallout not working because you're using an old install, or is this fresh? Are you currently modding it?

Well, I guess Underwater Home is a bust. The auto-sorting lost my Q-35 Matter Modulator get lost in the ether and I had to revert to an earlier save. I tried installing the Beta files for it, but those change the layout and functionality of the place for the worse (why did the Snowglobe display disappear? What the heck) and they don't even fix the problem. I'm too nervous to stash my stuff there. Also, the author has made it pretty clear that he won't be working on updating it anymore, so it has some basic support for Dead Money and that's all. It's a real shame because it's one of the coolest ideas for a player home that I've seen, and it was executed pretty well outside of this bug :(

At least I have Omnicarus' place to look forward to, but where is a good looking place to keep my stuff without it vanishing into the ether for the time being? I can go back to Underground Hideout or something if nobody has any better suggestions for a player home.

You could try my new house mod, since it only has 18 downloads :negative:

(Also you'd be seeing if it works with games-in-progress, I'm not sure it does! :shobon:)

Granted I don't care if no one downloads it because I like it.

Also I thought this was funny. Apparently there's a new Nexus design incoming, and the sample site has 4/5 of the "header images/files" with chicks with massively misproportioned boobs, which is par for nexus :downs: Oh and the new design is hideous. Get used to piss yellow everyone!

They're facemasks. So they don't animate or anything so it's kinda creepy. Great for funny screens and if you don't care so much about it. I'll mirror it since it's only available on F3U.

http://dl.dropbox.com/u/21453599/CireMaskPack.rar

It's missing hair textures for Miranda and Bastila, so I've made them available here:

http://dl.dropbox.com/u/21453599/Missing.7z

Extract them to your textures/cire992/armor folder after installing the mask pack above.

edit: the location of the box they're in is right by the rusty truck you'll see first when you exit Doc Mitchell's house... in a ME2 container that sticks out like a sore thumb...

I'd rather not have OWB weapons show up in the Mojave, though - makes more sense for them to stay in the Big Empty.

I know the Honest Hearts weapons will eventually start showing up in the Mojave after you go through the DLC. I've seen Dead Money weapons being sold at Gunrunners, but I'm not sure if Project Nevada is doing that.

It's a good thing DM is so amazing while it lasts, because it's kind of lovely to have all this new content more or less exclusive to an area you can never again return to. Well, the BAR and holorifle mods show up in the vending machine after beating it IIRC (provided you found the codes) so I'm not too bummed.

Does Capital Wasteland Revisited, or whatever it's called, add the NV stuff to DC? Things like adding weapon mods to the vendors/drop tables, reloading benches and campfires, plants, etc? Or does it just kind of import the setting as-is from Fallout 3? As neat as it sounds to play FO3 under the NV engine, it doesn't seem like it would have much point if you ended up missing so many of the new features that are related to items and other stuff that just wouldn't be there in the FO3 tables and maps.

I didn't get very far using it since it was crashing a lot for me, but the download is 500 MB and includes nothing from FO3, so I would assume so.

I think they added some of those hotplates that you use to make survival food to locations and changed all the crafting benches from Fallout 3 to function as a reloading bench (has option for both types). Don't think the plants show up through.
