Yeah compromise at 1800 is fine. Stator will cost you 100 or so and you'll be good to go!

Part your kidney out. They don't need the whole thing in one go, they can take slices. You'll get a higher return. Then you can start buying slices to replace and flipping them for a profit.

I was hoping to hold out and find an f4i, but used pricing boggles my mind here in Boston. This GSXR doesn't sound too molested. Im fairly certain that's from the gen of gsxr where the 600 was actually a sleeved down 750. Id avoid it on that alone.

He just called me to accept the offer of $1500 so I guess I'll be getting it. I don't think I'll be able to drive up for a week though.

e: I decided I could make it today so I loaded up the truck and started driving. I called him one last time before I got on the road.

me: So, I'll come up and you can sign the title tonight.
him: well, it already signed.
me: by you?
him: no
me: and you bought it 2 years ago, so you don't own it?
him: let me call the tax office and see what they say.

Oh well, on to the next one.

I looked at an 07 FZ6 before I got my DRZ. 5k miles, was in ok condition, nothing wrong with it just needed washed etc and the kid wanted 2500. It had an illinois plate (in texas), the title was in someone in illinois' name and was signed AND half filled out by someone ELSE in the "buyer" category.

I called the kid on it and he claimed "his brother might have tried to sell it before.." but it'll be ok I can "just write overtop the information :psyduck:

Well, I guess the DN-01 is officially dead as a Door Nail, the DeathkNell being a handful of Honda dealerships resorting to ebay to blow out the last of their inventories for 50% off MSRP. If the 16K price tag was all that was keeping you away, and not the whole auto trans and overweight thing, it might be worth a second look. Personally, I'm not married to shifting. Better than half the time, it's a PITA. I think bikes are most fun when you have them in a zone that requires nothing but throttle and mind control.

I suppose it begs the question--they brought this to the US, and not the CB1100F? I could be wrong, but I doubt they'd have to slash the latter by 50% if all didn't go well.
