I'm trying to figure out one of the bumper songs they are using, could just be a KROQ thing but I hear it all the time when listening to Loveline. I suck at describing music, all I know is there's no lyrics in the bumper, just a guitar riff. Unfortunately googling Loveline bumper hasn't helped since nobody updates since 2009-10

The bumpers are usually pretty specific to the time of the show, we could help narrow it down. It's not the one during the 10 second station identification is it?

They still do station identification every night halfway through. It is now a 30 second break.

I listened to 2004-04-01, Guest Torrie Wilson today. The whole episode is really great, but the first 10-15 minutes in particular had me busting a gut if anyone needs a good laugh

The entire point seemed to be that she represented the Iconic modern mother who was wracked with guilt about having thoughts about motherhood that society tends to frown on but are ultimately realistic. She wrote a book talking about this and the podcast was an extension of it.

All I know is my Friday mornings revolved around The Film Vault and now as soon as I wake up, every Friday, I slip into a 24 hour depression.

I was pretty annoyed when I went to download the film vault on Friday, only to find out it was the final episode. I hope they find a new home for the podcast. Anderson and Bryan have great chemistry together.

Anyone know why we don't get the full songs from the musical guests anymore in the podcast? It fades out about 10 seconds in and then fades to 10 seconds from the end of the song. It's really annoying, I used to get a healthy dose of new music from those artists.

I'm so happy when they edit out the music in the shows becuase the quality of the recordings are usually horrible, and the songs/bands are even worse.

A new, permanent site is up for people who loved the old Loveline Stream. Hang out in the chat a listen to cool things on the website. It's still a work in progress but it's fully functional. I'm in the chat most of the time, along with fellow goons and like minded loveline fans. Want something new on the site or have a problem? Check into the chat or email rapebank@gmail.com Good times await you.

There's a smoke detector on my block somewhere. I can hear it chirping as I type this. After a walk around the block last night, I've pinpointed it at about 3 buildings away from mine diagonally north. Interestingly, it's period is only about 35 seconds, maybe less, by ear - I'll keep you guys posted once I find my stopwatch. ... time to put on some loveline, drat.
