I think they put in a sex scene in the cantina with the Mistryl twins. Also, going from the trailer I guess all the stormtroopers in the movie are women, so that adds new possibilities also.

I assume that as a tie-in they'll be selling a limited edition fleshsaber with a sarlacc orifice.

Also, the female stormtroopers are obviously going to be knockoffs of the glamtroopers from "Blackstar Warrior".

That's easy to solve. Female stormtroopers, the interrogation scene with Leia, the sisters at the cantina, I wouldn't be surprised to see a new version of Dejarik with porn stars...plenty of opportunities to work females in. Hell, we might even see Luke's friends at Tosche Station.

HELLO I WOULD LIKE TO TALK TO YOU ABOUT MY VERY STRONG OPINIONS

I tore through the Medstar books on Nckdictator's recommendation and they were good enough. This whetted my appetite for new (to me) star wars books so I picked up Shadows of Mindor...parts of it are good, but Luke is just so loving emo that I can barely stand the parts with him in it, and sigh with relief when the story goes back to other characters.

What new non-FotJ/NJO book should I read after I finish Shadows? And by new I don't mean in the EU timeline, just published after NJO books started coming out and I quit reading star wars books for the most part.

If you look closely at the Blu-Ray version you can see Qui-Gonn as a Force Ghost reaching out to Anakin through Darth Vader's helmet. Previously, there was not enough visual midichlorians on screen to allow this to be seen clearly!

Demonstrating some of the footage at Empire's Big Screen festival in the O2 Arena in London (which runs until 14 August), visual effects supervisor Bill George and digital artist John Goodson showed us how an AT-AT Walker topples onto its side during the Battle of Hoth in Star Wars: Episode IV - The Empire Strikes Back. Somebody (Ed Hirsh) was sat under the table and poked at the underside of one of its feet with a stick.

If you look very closely at the new transfer, you can just see the tip of the stick appear.

Goodson believes that this is just one tiny secret that may now be unveiled: "You’re going to see a lot of interesting things in this," he said. "It’s going to reveal a lot of things that we’re never intended to be seen."

However, it is mainly the original trilogy that will be affected by the new, cleaner format, as Episodes I to III were shot digitally: "The first three films were done on film, so they were never seen like this before. We’ve never seen them at this resolution, so you’re going to see things that you’ve never seen before," said Goodson.

"We were watching footage the other day of the walker sequence [in Empire Strikes Back] and we both keyed on the same thing at the same moment - which is when one of the walkers is being hit by laser fire, and you see [marks] appearing on it. I don’t think that either one of us have ever noticed that before."

The ILM duo also revealed that some work was needed before the original trilogy was fit for Blu-ray, although fans will be happy that was confined to improving the picture quality, rather than fiddling with the films themselves: "The interesting thing about Star Wars and the Star Wars series of films is that they’ve been restored two or three times in the past decade, and so they were in pretty good shape to begin with.," said Bill George.

We geeks don't stop until we know it all. So if you've been playing poker with the same people for a while, you learn their tells. John always rubs his right eye when he's got pocket aces, Mike always blinks uncontrollably when he's bluffing, Timmy always gnaws on his tail when he's got a straight. This makes for very boring poker, since you can read everyone like a book.
STAR WARS!

Add the Ladies of Star Wars Playing Cards to the mix and suddenly, the game is more interesting again. Does Mike have a great hand or is he just staring into the eyes of a Twi'lek dancing girl? Is John not folding because he has a great hand or because he can't bear the thought of throwing away Senator Amidala? And Timmy... well, he's still gnawing on his tail, but we're not sure what that means. Let's just call.

I hate to do a response in spoilers but guess it's still too close to release:

Yeah it was kind of dumb. It probably would have been better had Mara not even had a plot line. I love the character but it's too hard to write her into stories that involve the main three. Still it's one of the better Star Wars books in the grand scheme. It did a great job of developing Han's character and maturity into becoming a leader/officer rather than a smuggler. He went from Chaotic Good to Neutral Good (though still pretty Chaotic, he'd probably take an order from a superior).

If someone is selling something that could be plausibly be confused with authorized merchandise, they will usually squash that. They sort of have to - unlike patents, non-defense of trademarks can result in loss of the trademark.

A quick question here- how human are Anzati supposed to look like? See, I'm playing an Anzat in an RPG, and the sourcebooks (along with Dannik Jerriko) present Anzati as near-Humans with large, ridged noses, but other sources seem to make them out as perfectly humanlike, except when the cheektacles come out. We're playing in the Core Worlds during the Rebellion, so it's kinda important that we either look as human as possible, or like one of the slave races (and I'm not really wanting to play a Twi'lek or Wookiee).

It's been awhile since I read any of the Quinlan Vos republic comics, but I'm pretty sure you could tell them apart from humans by looking at their faces. Their noses are just way larger than normal humans. From a distance though, or from behind them, they look pretty much identical.

Edit: So Wookieepedia says that Anzati are "indistinguishable from humans, with bulbous noses," so I guess if you were looking for them then you'd be able to tell, but if not then they'd just look like someone with a massive schnozz.
