Fabian Johnson, a German-American that plays in the Bundesliga for Hoffenheim.

edit: Really surprised that Diskerud was left off this roster. I thought Klinsmann might bring him in since he appeared for us however many months ago and had been playing well in Sweden or Norway or whatever.

United States of Germany. David Yelldell to take over starting keeper position.

Edit:

As much as it sucks to see Bradley left off, it's to see a coach who plays guys based on current performance and not past.

No Lichaj? Guess he's not getting regular time either.

Edit: Also, two more Jozygoals. Europa edition.

He is great on FIFA 10.

Why is Donovan continually listed as a striker, he does not play as a striker.

Oh, whoops.

Regardless, I think this AZ move for Jozy is absolutely perfect for him, and by extension, the USMNTNT. He looks like he is enjoying his football and I am really happy for him.

Rangers drew 1-1 with Maribor today which knocks them out of the Europa League, but Boca scored Rangers' lone goal.

He's not, but he scored the first Villa goal against Hereford and should have had another in the Carling Cup this week.

Would love him to get significant minutes against Wolves, and the opportunity is there with Luke Young nursing an injury.

Soccer by Ives has them. Click thru on the American's Abroad entry.

Best thing is that they played "Born in the USA" after one of the goals.

To be honest, I expect us to see pretty much this line up, maybe with a few changes, for the next four years. I like the lineup. I'd still probably not do Rogers, and it would either be Larentowicz or Beckerman (not both). The way Altidore is coming on lately is a big relief.

Also, if George John goes on to Blackburn, we may see him begin to appear (if the Greeks don't have him already).

Can't wait to see Chandler play again.

Eh, I think by then some of the MLS guys will probably be shed and we'll start incorporating more guys from Europe as they go over or hop to bigger leagues. It will be interesting to see who works out, but the back line (outside of right back)and center midfield will probably be in a state of flux for the next 3 years.

Those goals are EXACTLY the goals I want to see from Jozy. None of this horrible 90 yard shots that he made like one time. Put in the retardedly easy ones that you have always missed in the past please.

I like that blurb at the end. QPR gets a decent EPL player, Lichaj gets closer to a starting spot at Villa.

So Everton won 1-0 today, Howard saved one penalty, another penalty against him hit the post and he had roughly a billion saves in the game.

Everyone wondering if Fabian Johnson is Eddie with fake facial hair: You won't find out this round; he's in camp but his paperwork switching allegiances from Germany to the US hasn't gone through, so he's here to train but not play.

Also, I foresee great interest in this thread for the upcoming season of Dancing with the Stars, because it's gonna involve Hope Solo.
