I see lots of posts but not so many people joining in game so here's how to do so: First type this:  You'll see this:  That's everyone who is on in crew, pick one at random and send them a /tell, if they aren't an O (officer) they will likely contact one for you. If they don't respond pick another name. Assuming you received a response you'll find this:  Click the Accept button. You're now on a boat:  the rest will come naturally.
