Is it odd that I always imagined Ray as sounding like Big Smoke from GTA: San Andreas, but maybe slightly less fat? ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS FOLLOW THE drat TRAIN, BEEF!

I think it's weird that I never imagined Ray as having the voice of a black dude despite pretty much everyone else in this thread having done just that. *edit* Actually I'm not sure I even have specific voices picked out for most of the characters, at least to the degree that they'd be represented by an actor.

So i was randomly re-reading the archives: http://www.achewood.com/index.php?date=02182008 And never before the noticed that the strip immediately after: http://www.achewood.com/index.php?date=02192008 utilizes the same Achewood generator. I probably should have noticed before but I'm excited to find it now!

Deathlove posted:http://achewood.com/index.php?date=03292005 - chocolate love, all! http://achewood.com/index.php?date=12162005 - Ray is also French. I dunno man. It's not like cartoon cats with varying-levels-of-anthropomorphism-depending-on-the-year-and-plot-line necessarily correlate to human cultural ethnicities... But I still can't see Ray as anything but an ultra-rich white dude cat who has a way of speaking.
