I came back into this thread just to say that I'm making Onstad's fried chicken recipe and I still make several stuff from the cookbook. And at this point I'm glad I didn't pre-order the second one.

Why don't I live in a universe where we all got this cookbook and Achewood still updates 2-3 times a week. Why.

And just now is it hitting me that their mirror of the achewoods will be going, going, gone. At least the strip dialogue search is on the main site.

I think it's weird that I never imagined Ray as having the voice of a black dude despite pretty much everyone else in this thread having done just that.

*edit* Actually I'm not sure I even have specific voices picked out for most of the characters, at least to the degree that they'd be represented by an actor.

I dunno man. It's not like cartoon cats with varying-levels-of-anthropomorphism-depending-on-the-year-and-plot-line necessarily correlate to human cultural ethnicities... But I still can't see Ray as anything but an ultra-rich white dude cat who has a way of speaking.

Jon Cryer gets my vote.

I think a very timid and subdued Zach Galifianakis could pull of Roast Beef. Part of me wants Anthony Hopkins to play Cornelius, but I'm sure there's some one better.

\/\/\/Artie Lange would make a better Lyle, in my opinion.

Yeah, and that would actually make more sense with the "chocolate love, all!" comic, in terms of Téodor making fun of how he talks...

And yeah I'm aware this is a very silly thing for me to be still discussing, but there isn't a new Achewood yet, so here we are.
