It's never had an anime adaptation unless you count the Tsukihime one, but that one was really, really bad. Carnival Phantasm is a celebration of Type-Moon's 10th anniversary, so that's why all these characters are in it. Speaking of Carnival Phantasm...   (I kind of hosed this one up, but oh well)
