I certainly saw a number of people who I follow on twitter tweet about his stroke though.

Marc Maron did a pretty incredible podcast after Giraldo died. It wasn't a great tribute, it was just Maron really in pain and upset about the whole thing. I seem to recall hearing some nice things about Robert Schimmel within a week of his death. Edit: Maron via Facebook: "Man, I am going to miss Patrice. gently caress, gently caress, gently caress. Is there anything new in the Patrice episode (like an intro or anything) or is it the same old episode? EDIT: answering my own question... there's about 4.5 minutes of intro and a few seconds at the end FitFortDanga fucked around with this message at 19:05 on Nov 30, 2011 |

He's said he and Eben have been real busy but they're trying to get back on schedule soon on his last NNF. By the way, if you aren't listening to improv4humans, you should, it's really funny. Also, since it's audio first the sketches fit the format better and I enjoy it much more than the Asscat podcast Thelonius Van Funk fucked around with this message at 23:35 on Dec 1, 2011 |

David Spade actually can be funny when it's just him no script, he gives me the impression that he as a person is pretty witty and funny, but he just takes any role he can get and isn't one to rock the boat so he winds up doing a lot of poo poo roles.

Can anyone recommend any shows in the vein of improv4humans? Honestly its the first comedy podcast I've actually enjoyed in a long time. I noticed the large back catalogue of Upright Citizens Brigade material on iTunes but I'm more interested in content that has been created expressly for the audio medium.

Hey guys, I run a show called Ninjas vs. Podcast (RSS) Once a week two friends or mine and I argue the pros and cons of numerous "Ninjas vs. Pirates"-type questions and attempt to reach a conclusion (cats vs. dogs, waffles vs. pancakes, Schwarzenegger vs. Stallone, hitting your first born with a golf club but getting a hole in one vs. putting your grandma in a snow-globe full of peanut butter, etc). We're only just now starting to get more listener questions after being on the new & notable page for a while, but I'm constantly in need of more to keep things fresh. If you've ever got something you'd like to send our way, you can do so at our email, NinjasVsPodcast@gmail.com, or on Twitter, Facebook or Formspring. Any submissions are appreciated and if you've got something you REALLY want answered lemme know here I can try and make sure it gets on the show. Thanks. PS) Episodes are about an hour a piece but for some reason nothing shows up in the "Time" slot on the iTunes store. If any fellow podcasters can help me out I'd appreciate it. We're using currently feedburner and tumblr as an rss front. Pious Pete fucked around with this message at 17:04 on Dec 8, 2011 |
