-Atom- posted:I really have a hard time figuring out if BloodyElbow or MiddleEasy is the worst MMA related website MiddleEasy has interesting videos on occasion, they just like to write a big paragraph with forced unfunny jokes and premises in every article before they give you a youtube video or a sentence containing actual news. BloodyElbow on the other hand has a crew of incompetent shits defending each other's dumb premises for their bad articles by pretending to be tapped in to society in a way us plebs couldn't understand while also offering dumb opinions like BJ purposefully threw the GSP fight because he was bored. I guess what I'm saying is that MMAJunkie rules.

Middle Easy had the balls to cover the big non UFC events, such as giving the James Thompson fights decent coverage and being nice about it, they get a thumbs up from me.

Why don't you at least put your real name on Twitter before insulting people, pussy. We broke the rules and the commission didn't do their job and a guy's brain got hurt as a result. But that's not the issue, moron. The issue is that I don't like the characterisation of M-1 as having "entertaining scraps with plenty of finishes, but few fighters with any name value for American MMA fans". Well thank God he didn't tell the truth and say that it's a pile of poo poo filled to the brim with white supremacists, Russian nationalists (who are the primary concern of the matchmakers), more clueless grappling than Mark Hunt's home video collection circa 2004, whose production team for years consisted of Jerry Millen and his Superfriends, and now is ultimately run by a bunch of clueless criminals and a former Sherdog writer who got the job by using his position at Sherdog to write constant puff pieces about Fedor and M-1. Where's your integrity???

UFC has a list of fighters, outside the company Baroni can occasionally be entertaining but at times very I also like to follow batman. Comedians can be pretty funny sometimes, pornstars also tweet cool pics every now and then. Twitter's good for news and something to read when taking a poo poo. Also trolling rampage jackson about being scared to fight bonnar. Dana White is good to follow too for twitter announcements.

kensei posted:He was on the phone, what kind of proof could he offer other than to say 'I can fax you the receipt' if asked? He probably should have arranged to send proof of his claims before the hearing since he knew he was almost a month late on the test they wanted and he knew exactly what the problem was. In the end it doesn't matter, they didn't care about proof. But after 99% of fighters who have failed steroid tests have lied (and in California often get their sentences reduced, but if you tell the truth you get the full punishment) I don't buy anyone's story. In the end I don't care. I want to see this fight so he can tell as many lies/truths as he needs to make it happen.

Why is it that it seems like 90% of MMA journalism is made up of bad editorials and opinion pieces? All of the stories I've seen on Lesnar/Overeem have either sucked Overeem's cock furiously, or is some variant of, "Golly gee, this fight is gonna be big!" And for gently caress's sake, that McCarthy piece is riddle with style and grammar errors (I know McCarthy isn't a journalist, but where the gently caress was the editor on this?).
