Here's one I had marked to see but never saw where it was actually released. This description is all from the trailers: The movie entails Vikings that were shipwrecked in America(?). They repaired their boats and left - except they left one of their own, a little boy, behind by accident. The boy is raised by an Indian tribe. The vikings come back later (when he is a teenager) and the boy fights to protect his tribe.

Any ideas?

My husband said he used to watch this three times a year when he was a kid, I would love to find it for him. It was a Christmas movie where Santa visited some kids and took them with him (?), and he then decided to replace the elves at the north pole with machines. But the machines didn't make good toys, so all the toys got sent back.

He was born in 87 so this movie would probably be at least 15 years old. Any ideas?

Sounds like Santa Claus: The Movie. Santa picks up homeless boy Joe and spoiled rich girl Cornelia partway through. Santa's not the one doing the mechanizing though, that's the brainchild of rebellious elf Dudley Moore and Evil John Lithgow. A must-see.

I've got one that I've been trying to figure out for years. I saw the same scene several times just by chance on tv, back when I was a kid.

I'm gonna guess it was a 90's horror movie. But all I remember was some sort of laboratory, and a little girl inside of a glass room, who was probably being experimented on. She suddenly turns into some kind of worm monster, escapes, and ends up on a train? From there, she steals a pudding and turns into the worm monster again.

This movie's been bugging me for a long time so maybe someone could help me out with identifying it.

I saw only part of this movie on the TV at my friends house. It was a war movie, I'm pretty sure set in Vietnam but there is a remote chance it was World War II, I'm almost sure it was Vietnam though. It seemed to be about a rebellious solider who didn't buy into the army at all and did his own thing.

The scene I remember seeing had an army guy that was electrocuting a prisoner of war and then telling the rebel guy that he had to do this too. The rebel guy said something like, "Why would I want to do that to another human being?" and walking away while the other guy yelled after him.

I want to say Tiger was in the title but I have no idea.

If anyone recognizes this movie and knows what it is I would be super grateful thanks!

Can someone help my brother identify a movie? Here is all he knows about it:

"When I was a kid I had the VHS of Terminator. Before the movie there was a trailer for a movie about some bad rear end cowboy looking dude. The only thing I remember is that he pulls up in a car and the camera zooms in on a "Don't mess with Texas" or "Don't mess with the USA" bumper sticker. The cowboy guy had to escort some older criminal guy for some reason."

He doesn't think it's a Western or anything, just one of those generic action type films.

Any ideas?

I'm trying to remember the name of a horror film I saw a couple years ago.

Details:

A man visits his friends in their home/apartment. He is visibly upset or drunk. He claims he is being chased by monsters - he sees the first one out the window from the laundry room. It ends up that the monsters come when it's dark and they have to stay in the light. Queue the lights going out and the monsters coming.

I remember the monster design itself being pretty crazy, and that besides the three people (guy being chased, his friend and his friends wife) I don't believe there was anyone else in the movie.

It might have been British, but I could be wrong about that.

The name of the movie might have been "The Haunting of firstname lastname" but that might be totally wrong.

I'm trying to remember a movie that was mentioned somewhere on this forum. It was in a discussion about movies similar to The Most Dangerous Game, I think it was a version of the Assassin Game where people were assigned other people that they were supposed to kill and everyone is in on it. The climax, which had a youtube clip posted here, involved a women killing her target with a machine gun bra, I'm pretty sure the movie was from the early seventies or late sixties, definitely pre-1980. I think the main actress was well known from that era, I can't remember her name but I'm pretty sure I'd recognize it if I heard it.

A crazy guy lives in a cave and finds a dead body in a tree right outside the entrance. There's a bunch of dudes wearing white spandex or something over their faces. He keep shouting some name at the sky and seeing green lights, and I think there was something about dudes dressed as moths dancing around, possibly showing what is going on inside his head? Also I think he was a music school dropout. I remember thinking the movie was weird as poo poo, early 2000's.

Merry Christmas and Holidays. All I remember about my film in question:
It was filmed in Japan or China.
It involves a boy who is some kind of ghost or demon.
It is filmed mock-umentary style.
There is a scene with a house full of unsettling homemade ghost masks.
In the final scene the Dad is killed and set on fire by the ghost-demon-kid.

This is going to be an odd request:

I think it's a Harrison Ford movie from the 80's. I'm like 90% sure it's either a Star Wars or Indiana Jones movie.

This is what I'm trying to figure out: In one of those movies, there is a scene where the good guys are planning their attack, or else they have already planned it and are lying in wait for it to begin.

The soundtrack has some slow, low strings playing and there's what I think is a trumpet going "dun-dundun-dunnnnnn". It's low key and really helps build the tension. I have the music going in my head and I want to watch the scene, it's driving me crazy.

The trumpet's playing a single pitch for all its notes. My music is very rusty but I think the notes would be written as: one quarter note. Two eighth notes. Then the final note is a total of 6 beats. All the same pitch.

dun-dundun-dunnnnnn

Three or four measures of the cello doing it's thing, then the trumpet comes in again.

I had had stuck in my head this image from a movie or TV show, where a younger guy and an older man are doing some civilized kind of fight in front of an audience - martial arts maybe, or some kind of swordfighting/fencing - and since the younger hero has been thwarting the older villain's plans, the villain takes out his frustrations and at one point punches the younger guy, drawing gasps from the gallery at being so out of line. I think it takes place modern day but I'm not sure.

This is pretty bare bones but does anyone have any idea what I might be thinking of?

I went through my Netflix history and didn't see it there, but I'm pretty sure I've seen this more than once. Has to be 90s or 00s. I think it would be a movie.

Chop, chop, chop
This is definitely a stretch, but I remember a VHS tape I had back in the mid 90's that was an anime with some robots on a team, and they had to fight a rogue AI tank. The one bit I remember clearly is the tank was green and looked realistic (something like an Abrams or a T-72). From previous attempts to find it, I know it's not dominion tank police, and the robots weren't powered armor or piloted mecha.

This is a british film from 60s or 70s (most probably). A man is in some sort of institution, maybe a hospital or academy of some kind. He's a patient, visitor or maybe investigating something. In one scene he walks into a room with a hospital bed. Someone is lying under a blanket in the bed, seemingly shivering with fever, with just the head visible. The man goes and pulls the blanket off and reveals a creature with a pig's body and just a human head. The man freaks out, starts running and maybe jumps through a window. I have no idea what else may have happened in the movie. Does anyone have any idea what this could be from?
