Just listened to 300. I was loving rolling during the Ask Jah segment about the narc sister in law. Probably the best one yet.

Word to that. You know at least Jah is high too. Doesn't he say something about rolling up a doobie before each show, on ep 300? I think he does... but... I forget

Well, I think that's just a funny little anecdote about marijuana law. I think Jah takes the show seriously and doesn't smoke before or during the recording of the show. Except for Seth's Sexy Sativa.

In the youtube videos he lights up cigarettes, so I just assumed whenever he's done that they always were cigs.

I've always said fresh and dope because I'm their age but they've got me saying wicked and bananas constantly. Also, I've been known to yell "hey, how's your _________?" at people on TV for various transgressions.

There was an episode where they talked about Ellen DeGeneres selling her multimillion dollar home, which they referred to as a "lesbian gently caress palace" and a "lesbian gently caress dungeon." Both those phrases have entered my vocab.

It's one of the first ones I listened to (somewhere in the 200's, maybe 230's?), and one of the dudes going "HOW DO YOU LIKE YOUR LIFE?!" to the other one when he said how much it sold for pretty was pretty much what sold me on the show.

It's hard to describe but it's not just using slang words, it's like full speech patterns and everything on some phrases. Like frequently Griffin says "Are. You. Ok." when someone says or does something crazy in exactly the way Seth would. Also the brothers McElroy aren't from the West coast, they're from the South, and I'm from the West and about their age, so I'm not getting it twisted. Either way I love both shows but UYD is definitely linguistically infections, because now I use fresh and dope unironically pretty much because of them.
