duTrieux posted:quick question; my friend has a 20 year old cat that's developed this... growth by her ear. it looks like a fluid-filled cyst, it's like it's budding off, and it doesn't bother the cat whatsoever. i'd ask the vet about the cyst and how dangerous it actually is, but anesthetic is definitely risky with older cats. that's why we hadn't had flame's teeth dealt with a year ago. the vet said he could do it, but at the time he said that if he was still eating normally then it probably wasn't worth the risk.
