Man, a lot of set up right there as per usual. I don't think it's any surprise Karkat is sporting God Tier Pyjamas as I'm expecting all of team Meteor to have gone through some level of power up by the time poo poo gets real. Gotta keep your team levels balanced in these games if you want to do well after all. It also seems Dirk's spying game has gone something short of smoothly. Did CD attempt another peanut based assassination?

The Nepeta we saw in the flash is wearing the Derse robe, so it might just be the Nepeta that died as a result of being stabbed by Jack. Also, Karkat is also dead, and we know that there were many, many alternate timelines caused by Karkat's short sightedness -- it's entirely possible that he made it to God tier in one of them.
