The 3800 in that video still has it's plastic cover which completely covers the engine including the injectors. The oil filter is on the passenger side in between the control arms so you're no where near the injectors even then. Even checking the power steering is on the passenger side between the firewall and engine. There is no way you could cause that during a normal oil change.

Perhaps the intake manifold blew up unrelated to the oil change. EDIT: Id bet they changed plug wires, got them wrong and it blew up the intake manifold and shot the injectors out/severed the fuel line. Lord Gaga fucked around with this message at 06:19 on Feb 10, 2012 |
