I posted a while back, but I've recently changed my handle: https://twitter.com/rough_beast Lately, I spend roughly equal amounts of time on jokes, snarky remarks, fits of rage, and so on. I amuse myself, but YMMV. I do try to keep a high signal to noise ratio though, I won't overflow your stream with 500+ posts a day, and I follow back just about everyone. So at least there's that.

You are right, I started off just following everybody, now if I see one unfunny joke, or even a retweet sometimes, I unfollow. I am too vested in this account to scrap it, but at the rate I am going now it is just going to be me, my wife, and colbert in a few weeks anyway.
