Just had a really nice scene with Garrus having a shooting competition in the Presidium. They really went out of their way to wrap all the loose ends and relationships up. It makes it very clear that this is the end of Shepard's story.

Shotgun talk: Which one do you prefer? Currently using the Eviscerator, pondering whether to save up for the Spectre version or just level up the Scimitar. The N7 shotgun is alright but I feel like I should be using a heavy pistol over it if I wanted to headshot dudes from cover. The Scimitar feels like it always did (the King of Shotguns). I didn't preorder from Origin so I can't comment on that other Shotgun and I'm not sure which others I'm missing.

Old school, really. You had to run it a few times and really place priority on killing the gently caress out of the c.engies, as well as camping those shield generators whenever possible. I was never really frustrated when I died, but ready to approach the problem with a new tactic. What worked for me? Solder Shep (pure assault/shotty) with Garrus and Liara, Garrus mostly Overloading turrets and engies, Liara sucking up the shield Guardians. Dont get stuck in cover, but for gently caress's sake move when you have to, the A button is there for a reason. I do love a man with Pull now though. gently caress mailslotting x.x

Its a picture you only see if you romance Tali in ME2 and ME3, if I understand correctly. They probably expected most people wouldn't see it so didn't put that much effort into it. So much content and detail has been crammed into this game that some of the edges ended up getting pretty frayed. But writing the whole thing off because Bioware phoned in two images is juvenile.

Yeah, it was definitely intentional, when the trailer was announced those two images were even shown side by side. It's a bit wierd they gave that specific image to gamestop to advertise their deal, but y'know, maybe they didn't have a hand in it and Gamestop just chose something striking.

That every ME2 character has at least a quest centered around them with extensive voice-acting? Meaningless. That most of the choices you've made throughout the series actually have some sort of payoff in the game? Pointless. There's a pretty extensive multiplayer mode that actually came out very well? Who cares. They slacked on two images, one of which most people won't see. The entire game is ruined, Bioware is dead, the gaming industry is a smoking crater. Also, I'm mostly okay with the endings, sorry defeating the omnicidal space squids didn't leave the galaxy perfectly sunshine and kittens.

Ok so this is my last crack at this. I posted a few pages back about how my saves weren't recognized, even though I went through all the steps (renaming directory, etc) in order to fix it. The more pressing problem now is that my game refuses to save. I restarted, uninstalled Origin and ME3, reinstalled them, and then I started a vanilla character just for kicks and the game won't quicksave, or save from the menu. Could this be a problem with a lack of connection with my Bioware Social account? I'm really stumped with this one, and right pissed that a brand new game is flat out unplayable.
