I was just reading post after post in that thread about how marvelous all the sets were and what geniuses everyone involved with the show is. Does the Hand's Tourney from last season count as a set, because if it does some of their sets sucked, especially the Tourney one, where it looked more low rent than a backyard wrestling federation. It looked like it had about the same amount of spectators as backyard wrestling would too. edit: I had to leave when I saw what I thought might be the beginnings of a debate over the "whiteness" of season 2. A 3 day tourney with the whole kingdom in attendance was turned into 2 jousting tilts with like 15 people watching. Meanwhile I've been to a ren faire where there was like 700 people and this was all dorks from a community college, not a multimillion dollar show.

It lasted "a generation", the world apparently decided to turn into night 24/7 and it took a guy who quenched a magical sword in his still-living wife's body to beat them back to beyond the area beyond the Wall.
