Yea when you filter the head-injury code from all of it he is making a valid point that Hogan/Bischoff have ruined the core concept of TNA by just making it WWE's weaker, less known, clone instead of its former position of 'ok if you're sick of WWE, come check us out, we're a new way of doin it!'
