Jebus, that towing video. The moron is just off the scale. Right at the end he is talking about being at just 300 lbs. short of max gross weight. I'd bet money that he didn't include the weight of fluids and his stupid rear end in his calculations, so he might have been even over max gross while he remained parked in the left lane crying about his slow truck while he systematically tried to break it. Would serve him right if the thing just blew up and his dealer used the video as justification for denying warranty.

Did I mention that stretch of I-10 has an 80 mph limit (70 for trucks)? So the GTD has just pushed pass 60k miles and thus out of warranty, my mileage has decreased significantly due to a change of office (so now need less diesel, more fun), I'd rather renew VW finance on a new car rather than pay out monthly on an out of warranty car... and the only way to get them to agree to that is by spending more.
