New Bayern München away is going to be white with orange stripes/number :barf:
No pictures yet, but a source good enough that one of Munich's newspapers wrote an article about it.

Rangers new home/goalie kit - based off the kit of the '72 cup winners.

I'm torn, the picture looks great but the actual kit on McCabe is a bit plain.

not bad, better than this years anyway. I like the thick strips much more than the thin ones. The white piping on each strip is annoying though.

Black crest city rules.
The Milan shirt really bothers me, when I saw the leak I loved it but seeing it worn it looks... Awkward. The fit just looks stupid, the stripes don't look right, the pipping I don't like, it just looks like it should have been a rough draft and not the final product.

Those ranger shirts are nice, I might get one because I like it that much. Looks more like a training top than a match shirt though, which I'm fine with.

How on Earth did Tennent's agree to that?

That City shirt's really nice, they've had lovely kits the last few years. How long is their contract with Umbro?

Also, is there any time frame for when Liverpool's new shirt might be unveiled? I guess the Adidas contract stops them doing it before a certain date, so probably early June?

He definitely was last year; I imagine this year too. You can't see the Adidas logo on his shirt in that pic, or his shoes for that matter. I wonder how that's reconciled.

Hopefully forever?

Umbro are based in Manchester. The more "international" the club becomes with the new money the more the PR people are going to want to emphasise local connections, so I can't see the Umbro deal going anywhere.

I could see Nike taking over if City become the most dominant club in england though.

125th anniversary, so probably got told something like "Do it this way, or we'll offer a sponsorless version and flood the market with it"

Or for the same reason Etihad agreed to it, whatever that was.

For their part I imagine they didn't care because as beautiful as that shirt was we only wore it a few times. I have one with Ireland 7 on the back signed by him haha what a dumb gently caress I am.

Yeah it was a third shirt that was hardly ever worn, and it was a bit of a tribute, so I guess they didn't kick up a fuss over it.

I'm used to central sponsors, I factor it in to my appreciation of a kit. Having it under the badge now just looks awkward. Imagine the old United tops without "SHARP" on the front for example. The Tennents logo in block white letters was fine, it didn't detract from any kit imo. A decent sponsor logo can break up the colour a bit, for the better.
