My dad has a 66 Impala SS 327 convertible that I take out a few times a year, usually during graffiti weekend and other things. He's had other cars from the 60's over the years, but that's the only one that he's kept since before I was born. He retired the land yacht in favor of a 69 260z he bought for my mom a few years later but it was the 70's and she still wanted a Lincoln land yacht. Anyway, the nostalgia factor probably skipped the kids born in the 80's/90's, but for kids born in the pre-80's, there's still a nostalgia market.
