I do like the inclusion of the 3rd star to indicate 30 titles, helpfully including the 2 they lost as part of the calciopoli scandal in '06 ;)

Well, if they really wanted to, FIGC could try to do something, but it wouldn't make much sense, as the stars are put there by the clubs themselves and, afaik, there's nothing in the rules and and regulations about them.
