My favorite thing about that picture is that it's from a Wrestlemania, and I remember some sheet having a tidbit about him being really into the show, and that he was marking out and pigging out on snacks and just having a grand old time.

That's what made Velocity so good. It was tacked onto Smackdown tapings, and since people hardly watched it, they got a lot more freedom to do the matches they wanted. It's a lot like NXT/Superstars is right now. As long as people aren't getting injured, things can happen like Tyler Recks using his awful Burning Hammer.
