This comic somehow manages to keep getting funnier and funnier. That last page...oh my god.

Was Mario's mother Jario? If not, the next relation would be Jario. If so, Iario or Hario or something.

Maybe the comments about Porky's baby being so angry are right and that Petunia was trying to suicide bomb him, and Wil E shot them both to save him?

I wonder if any of the original creators of any of these characters are reading TGT. I wonder how it feels to see their creations used a way that is inspired beyond anything they ever dreamed.

I want to take a moment to make a prediction. Road Runner is the sniper. With Mr. Coyote being so incredibly grounded and wise, it's hard to reconcile his insane murder lust relationship with that Road Runner. Is this perhaps the moment where his nemesis makes an appearance? I certainly hope so!

Man, it's so refreshing reading this thread after the CAD mock one, going from hideously cliched, by the numbers plots that take weeks to play out to the roller-coaster plot of TGT The only time I cared about what was going to happen next in cad? well... There was that time when Ethan had to go to the hospital...

I had a writing professor who said that one of the hallmarks of good writing is that it supports more than one constructive interpretation. I know it's ridiculous to do too much careposting about Lazerbot but loving hell all the hypotheses over the last couple of pages are all totally plausible outcomes.

I just finished reading this whole thread, post by post, from the beginning. It took me 5 hours. This is the best webcomic I have ever seen. I'm in awe.

It's scary how good Lazerbot is becoming at his pacing and panel use: that's something that even a lot of pros can fail at, especially now that DC and Marvel tend to enforce a "decompressed" style (look at most of the "New 52" and Jim Lee stuff: while technically proficient, it often fails at storytelling.) Everyone's right in that it's strangely addicting: for the first chapter, I was laughing at the artist, for the second more of the same, then by third chapter I was increasingly interested in what would happen. You can see that in the thread, how it starts with people about to rev up for a poo poo on the artist, laugh at the crazy dude fest but then transforms into awe and then again into fandom. Also, if Garth Ennis was 20 and had a Deviant Art account this is exactly what he'd be like.

Like many people in this thread, I shudder giddily at the thought of Lazerbot getting art lessons. Just art lessons; his storytelling, pacing and panel layout are friggin' GODLY. Then I realize that the art is part of the comic's charm, and back the gently caress down, 'cos I don't want to disturb the delicate ecosystem that is Lazerbot. EDIT: And if you're looking for a Kill Bill song to fit the latest comic, I guess the following kinda fits: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T5Xl0Qry-hA

If anything Lazerbot will pioneer some new creative technique to reveal the identity of the shooter. Like it's revealed by how long it takes him to reload, but you know, more clever and makes sense. What I'm basically saying is whatever Lazerbot does is the right thing to do and will be thematically brilliant
