Okay, I've updated the list with the latest calls. Heads up, I am preemptively calling the last uncalled chapter. That means whichever is the last to be picked, I am automatically taking it. Also, I've got seven emails that are now on the "edit" list for the shared full manuscript. I've switched it over to private so now only those seven users (and myself) can access it. If you're writing a chapter, you need to email agameofbones@gmail.com from a gmail account with your SA username so I can get you on that list. I'm going to get my sex swing embroidered with a raised image of GRRM's face on the seat so whatever woman/man/tree I'm loving at the time's rear end will have his grinning visage temporarily embedded on it after we finish.

I've always used those commas as if they were commas within a sentance normally. It's a way to break things up a bit. "I've got something to do, I think." becomes "I've got something to do," John said, scowling at his phone. "I think." But then, when directly quoting someone in a scholarly or news way, I would put the comma outside, perhaps if I were serial-chaining snippits together. I love serial commas. To make them the same you'd have to put a comma after phone. English is surprisingly anal at times for how mutable it is.
