I'm making a point of attending my local indy at least once after a mate linked me up to this clip of Grado's entrance from last week. Even if it's purely just to sing along with a hot crowd to a Madonna classic. Occasionally, Chikara's podcast puts up full matches. Here's a good one from King of Trios 2010 Night 2. It's the BDK vs. Los Perros del Mal. The BDK side has the dominant tag champs (Claudio and Ares) and a giant viking dude Tursas who by this point is so unstoppable as a monster that he hasn't been knocked down yet, let alone defeated. On the other side is El Oriental (an average luchador), Alebrije (a giant lucha dude dressed as a dragon) and Cuije (Alebrije's sidekick, who is like half the size of Hornswoggle). When you see each team, you know exactly where this is leading up to. You can see the finish coming a mile away like watching a tragic movie despite knowing how it ends. Of course, there's always the possibility that Alebrije can stand up to Tursas... right?
