So .. layer upon layer of the illusion of freedom that marketing needs to get you to buy buy buy buy!!!  BUY!

I'll admit to not knowing much about religion but isn't Allah just the word for God in arabic? As in the same God christians worship? Please correct me if I'm wrong like I say I have only basic knowledge of religions.

Similarly, Christian Arabs use Allah as well, as do Mizrahi Jews and Sikhs.

That agency didn't have anything to do with Apple, but I can pretty much guarantee that the weird brand-antibrand thing going on there there is happening because someone was paid a lot of money to make it happen. Literally any vaguely popular idea that is a threat to consumerism will be co-opted and turned into a Good Reason to Buy Our Thing.  A huge part of Apple's branding strategy is that idea that buying Apple makes you unique, you're a chic sexy noncomformist, thinkin' different, and you should feel great about how enlightened you are for daring to ~think outside the box~ and buy a $2000 laptop with an apple on it instead of THE MAN's $700 laptop.
