edit: Turns out that I was a bit late on my horror recommendation. The Last of Us, an upcoming video game, features exactly such a fungus.

Just file a DMCA claim. It's not challenging at to do at all. In fact, it's so easy that it's used by YouTubers to attack channels they don't like and even get accounts shut down due to excessive policy violations (true or not) on a relatively routine basis.

Only file the DMCA if you have a legitimate copyright claim, of course. This is true anywhere else on the internet that takes advantage of the DMCA's Safe Harbor provisions. A DMCA claim means content has to be removed immediately, without any review by the website receiving the claim.

We're all pretty familiar in this thread with all those Russian dash-cam vids, but YouTube is also apparently full of british cyclist cam footage, too, like this one.

Oh yes, already did this, content was removed, then they filed a counter claim claiming (under penalty of perjury) that they had the rights to use the work, so youtube has put it back up until I get an actual injunction.
