Finally the video did not show the incompetence of organisations like the job centre, housing organisation, and council to the extent it deserves to be shown. No one there cares even slightly. The job centre for example will actively seek ways to withhold help and in my friend's case out right ignore job search efforts and claim he wasn't searching for work in order to deny him benefits (which resulted in a default meaning his credit rating is now hosed for life). TL:DR - Newcastle is a sinking ship, get out while you can, don't go there, don't be poor or you'll be punished.
