i'm preety sure the actual development of oovoo was outsourced (would explain everything), the actual startup people probably have nothing better to do but sit in the office daddy paid for and edit wikipedia to make themselves look like rockstar entrepreneurs for making a skype clone.

have you seen the extended version of 2001? they managed to find another 90 minutes of footage of nothing happening hidden in one of kubrick's cupboards. they added it to the original - extending it's length by almost 10%
