Well, I finally got my soft-cover book. Took longer because I didn't realize it was shipping to the family's home and not where I'm currently living.

It looks really great, and the prints are a nice little bonus. Don't have a huge amount of time at the moment to look through it, but initial impression is good.

Grade A, would buy cute bunnyman book again.

Once all the Kickstarter books go out they'll be available for purchase.

Also yeah, the books are rad. I'm so happy about Brisket Sweats.

I wouldn't be surprised if Digi didn't just let that drain spell sit for at least a month. 80% of the audience will forget about it and then Cucumber will suck the lava out of a volcano or something.

What about this page?

And then, after taking too long to look for it, there was this response on the tumblr.

quote:

I know there’s no evidence to support it so far, but Cucumber is perfectly fine at magic. Honestly! He was good enough to get accepted into the world’s best school for it, after all—and not for the “Incredibly Wealthy” bit, either! (Although, if his dad supported his dreams, that might be different.)

I don't know why, but this made me think of cuco and peridot somehow losing their wands and having a nerd slapfight, and now I want to see that.

I started reading the comic yesterday. I didn't know this comic had a Paper Mario aesthetic until I read this thread (and also the fact that I'm playing the original Paper Mario). Also, I really love the character design in this comic. Cute bunny people...
