My favourite episodes are the fanfic ones, so I'd love to listen to an fplus reading of My Immortal.

I would have sung a marijuana-themed rendition of Carol of the Bells, but I fell through the cracks when the e-mails were sent out and didn't even know it was going on until the day before I'd be away from my recording equipment for five days. That's my excuse. A sexy submarine posted:My favourite episodes are the fanfic ones, so I'd love to listen to an fplus reading of My Immortal. A few years back, Acierocolotl read the entirety of My Immortal into our TF2 server's alltalk voice chat. He could only record his side of the audio, however, so all of the reactions and laughter and discussion which made it extra magical are unfortunately lost.

Baby, I was trying to direct Stog towards a precise and coherent contribution. STOG YOU were not the problem. Actually I'm making it sound like it was hell to put this together. While I probably should have just edited a normal episode to lose my FPlus production virginity, I'm still happy I did this. And, regarding Stog, none of us want him to get whatever is wrong with him fixed. He is perfect. Bunnybread fucked around with this message at 07:22 on Dec 23, 2012 |

I think anyone who heard the intro to the Micronation episode where everyone hosed up a basic call and response concept went into that short expecting a beautiful trainwreck and we got just that.

That similarity has been mentioned to him before, so no worries, he knows. I'm pretty sure he's glad of it, too.

New episode dealing with body mods people Say, are there any plans for an F Plus Live 3? I love the interaction you guys create with the audience, and I really need to witness Lemon's Craft Corner.

Maybe some? Probably not too terribly many, since it's hard to passively show off and, like so many Internet things, plenty of people are into this just for the attention.

It would be pretty easy to open your mouth and lift up your tongue. Certainly easier than showing off a dick mod. Tongue pocket?

God, the Fat Activism one is maybe my new favorite. Between donut girl and climbing out a window to hide from your doctor weighing you, and that dude who was angry he couldn't go hang-gliding at over 300lbs and thought there was some motor based conspiracy to oppress fat people, it was such a great hub of insanity.

I think if gravity itself is telling you you're too fat to participate in something, that should be a sign that perhaps the problem is with you after all and not with, you know, everything that isn't you.

Thing is, there are motors that could help people like these. NASA prefers to use them on their space shuttles, though.

Is it just me, or is the website extremely slow? I can't stream any of the podcasts (from the site or from itunes), pages load really slow, and when I try downloading them, it will take about 3 hours, and they usually cut off about halfway in and start over.

I gotta say, episodes where the readers are loving furious at the content they are reading are by far the best type of episodes. You can taste Lemon, Jimmyfranks, and Portaxx's anger.

Victor works in medicine, which is why he was specifically tapped to be in on the fatty episode and the mothering one too, since there was plenty of people being Wrong About Medicine in both. He's such a mild-mannered person, however, that he just gets sad and depressed instead of angry.

Now The F Plus has a forum too, at ballp.it partly because their comments section got too big for discussion to work as well as it should. They also put out a new episode about angry people and a short episode. That's a lot of new things at once, 3 things!

The thing is mostly a barrier to entry to keep out the spammers and purveyors of Internet vengeance. The size of the listener base has pretty much outgrown the comments section, since they've been trying to use it for off-topic discussions and spitballing on new episode ideas rather than actually commenting on the episode and its relevant subject.

Is it technically feasible to do two kinds of forum membership? One that only lets you post in one forum and another that lets you post in any forum? If people are really going to swing by just to attempt to get Internet Revenge you should harvest that sweet sweet impotent rage.

One of Maximum Fun's columnists just released a sort-of review of F Plus, though in fine DiCrescenzan tradition he sort of meanders off to name-drop 4chan and an XKCD comic strip. Still, he seems to have more or less enjoyed the recent episodes while simultaneously being a bit scared to explore our backlog. Have a look.

Man I'm glad you got a good(?) review, but that just reminded me that while I love most all of MaxFun's podcasts their general atmosphere of 'we're the indy NPR' is the most insufferable thing.

I remember checking for a F Plus thread here a while back, to no avail. I'm glad I checked again! I was introduced to the show by the Irregular Kindle porn episode on a long car trip, then shortly after began flipping through the whole catalog. Fantastic work. I'd say some of my favorites include Pokegirls, headmates, fat acceptance extremists, and PUAs. It seems like the pool of insanity has to end, but then I remember: the internet is always making new content. Say, how do you all collect guest readers? I don't know if I'm actually funny, but it'd be pretty cool to work on an episode with you guys.
