Tropfest Australia had their short film finals earlier tonight. I can only get the winning clip to play, but they're all uploaded. Stupidly even though I live in Australia the genius that uploaded all the clips only made one available to play here. Maybe they're holding off here so they can rescreen on SBS2 tomorrow. It's worth the time to check if the rest will play in the US, they probably will. I found "Time" was really good: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FBly6LdzW_g and also, "INSIDE" was good too, but fair warning to headphone speakers - Blood curdling screams out of nowhere. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PhS4Ua0QzA8 All the clips are <10 mins. Link to the playlist if you've got some time to kill, assuming the problem got fixed: http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLZ4MsBTSmdgbQOMBUnrQP7PnpDrDeXcgH Favela Flav fucked around with this message at 18:26 on Feb 17, 2013 |

This is the "free DVD" set of a comedian who I did a few open mics with back in 2004. It's 38 minutes of standup, and if I had to describe his act in general, I'd say he's similar to Stanhope, though I don't think that's really reflected in this video. This video has no social relevance for the most part, it's mostly drug jokes and sex jokes. He's been bugging to spread it to my "fringes of society friends," and while I know I'm on thin ice here, I thought I'd share with you. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OCRkb7-wEFY

There's been an explosion of dislikes for a video I've always found hilarious, so I bring it before goons to be judged: School Of French Kissing For Dogs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JpyK6Ojnl-0 I don't get it. I know it was popular before... furry outrage? Pet owners objecting to "the full schnauzer" being abuse? The vaguely homophobic line hidden in there? You tell me.

Speaking of dogs, and for content: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oXL2Ok1Qdvc I use to think pugs were the ugliest things on the planet.
