I have just some small scratches and bruising, nothing major. Camera should be repairable, taking it to a shop tomorrow. Crappy phone picture: The metal mount part of the body got stuck on the lens, and the two were separated inside the backpack. The lens seems to be working fine, but just to be safe I'll send it in as well. Thankfully it's covered by my insurance.

Had this happen to my Mark 3 and it cost about $70 through CPS and took about a week from the day I sent it out. I've had friends wait 2 months for Nikon repairs, though, so I might see if there's a local shop that can do it.

LFK posted:My college had one, it was totally sweet. Hmm, now that I think about it they'll probably be offloading it in the next few years... I rented one my final year of film school to finally shoot a 30-min short that my director buddy and I had been doing pre-production on for over a year. Absolute pleasure to use, couldn't have been happier with it. (And we only had one jam in probably ~6,000 feet exposed, and it was right at the end of a roll so we likely weren't going to use that shot anyway.) Actually, now that I think of it I'm pretty sure I still have the short-ends from that shoot in my freezer and we shot it over 5 years ago!
