 Emmy & Dexter, two adopted feral kittens. They were both always somewhat shy, but Emmy now hides in the basement because she gets the crap kicked out of her by this street cat...  ...who is smaller than she is, but has a Terminator personality.

Behind a big enclosure, of course, but there it was. He used to train with it for his nightclub shows, and had loads of boa constrictors and knife-throwing acts and all sorts of craziness. Anyway, I was only a child at the time and wasn't allowed near the leopard. However, I snuck off once and Felix was near the fence so I stuck my hand through the chicken wire and scritched his cheek. To my under-7 ears, leopards purr like a B-52 bomber warming up on the runway.

Might as well post this little guy. This was two years ago, and isn't my cat. My friend found him, his two brothers and their mom underneath the back stairwell of her apartment building. His foot was already mangled and had to get amputated. Trying to feed this guy antibiotics afterward was essentially pointless.

This is my little Roo. She was abandoned at 6 days old, and is now a healthy 5.5 months. This was taken at her first night with me at about 3 months.  Her at 4 months old.
