It's a fantasy metal ballad thing with a handlebar-mustachioed dude in a middle aged ponytail and swashbuckler shirt riding through forests on a horse. He was going to release a trilogy of music videos and an entire comicbook series about all the characters but I think he bankrupted himself making this first video and went on to join some other band.

I have been looking for a video without much luck. It was a news blooper piece, and had a great section where an automated camera started moving into the shot and they couldn't stop it.
