I could totally see Forest creatures just being used to random dudes showing up with some amazing power that they just love using all day long. Wait, so when is this, exactly, in relation to the last chapter? At the beginning of Chapter 41, Shadow was all "Winter's here" as if it had just arrived, and now it's two weeks till spring. Does that mean it's been like, two months since Kat received the love letter?
