You know for some reason this page makes it seem a lot more likely to me that Kat is going to shoot Paz down. I could just about see it going either way before but I can only see the last panel here leading to Kat jerking her hand away on the next page.

There's pretty much no way this can end that I won't enjoy. Kat going along with it - adorable. Kat letting her down gently - bittersweet. I trust Tom to make it interesting whichever way he goes, 'cause these are already complex characters, and the important part for both of them has already happened. The soap-operatic part is that Annie's probably spying on this etherically.

Ah, this week has been too cute! I've always liked Paz's appearances in previous chapters, she has such a good head on her shoulders for someone who's supposed to be younger. If Kat reacts badly and ends up being cruel about it to Paz, I'll be crushed. It'll hit a little too close to home for me.  I'm really rooting for things to turn out well!

The soap opera part is that Annie is making out with Bobby. I agree with Opposing Farce. It really feels like that hand is going to get jerked away. And it's going to hurt. Paz really does have the worst luck.
