Dog can carry his own stuff on walks, *and* most of them have a handle so you can carry the dog. Owns, I'd say.

They've been using it to attack the Youth Camp and Brick Factory bases, details of which are here. They are out in the countryside, so not risk to civilians. Someone noted that these could also be filled with chlorine gas and used WW1 style.
