He says his campaign staff framed him. Last week in Novi, MI Trump told a standing room audience that it was highly unlikely he would run for president in 2016 BUT they needed the best candidate or Hillary Clinton will win in a landslide. Twitter squatting is technically against the TOS, although there was nothing stopping someone from just taking it entirely for personal use. No idea why someone did from just start tweeting from it unless Twitter "sits" on important accounts like that.
