I hate to be this guy, and it's not such a huge deal because this is not a suspense manga or anything, but would it be possible for people discussing things that have not appeared in Murata's version yet to tag their spoilers as such?

One is a loving genius at coming up with absurdly funny yet strangely engaging characters.

As in, he's good at drawing scenes so that you know what's going on for the most part. Also, in case you don't know, there's a translation of the One version that starts after the current arc of the Murata version.

Ultimately Saitama's strength comes, in part, from his overwhelming confidence. Garou doesn't know what he wants, where he's going, who he is, and he tries not to use elements of his strength for personal reasons (the rock smashing wave fist) which is exactly the same kind of limitation everyone else struggles with. Saitama wanted to be a hero, and wanted to be strong, and never flinched from either of these goals. He's just a step more unreal than Garou is.
