I know I'll never see it, but I would love some twist that reveals the monarch killed 24 and it results in Gary finding a loophole that allows him to arch the Monarch, and the Monarch ends up begging Rusty to help him deal with the very real threat of...THE VICEROY.

Actually, thinking about it, the best musical reference they ever had was getting Jarboe to voice a character. Granted, it is in the worst episode (Guess Who's Coming to State Dinner? as the maid). But Swans is pretty much my favorite group ever and it's weird to see Jarboe make an appearance on one of my favorite shows.

This could happen... SPHINX's whole thing was to go after non-licensed villains yet they chased after Monstroso, who is a pretty big (  ) member of the Guild. If Gary finds out that the Monarch and/or the Moppets were behind 24's death, there could be a SPHINX versus the Monarch story arc.I love that a cartoon has such a deep, convoluted storyline that we can sit here and come up with all these theories about what will happen next.

I thought sphinx sphinx! went after Monstroso because he was going beyond what the average guild villain does though I have no idea what that would since his other job than guild stuff is head of a large legitimate legal firm.
